The fitting out of this brand new kitchen and canteen in a new build secondary school was a project i fully managed.

 

For the brief I was given a menu of the food the school needed to provide with the numbers of covers it would supply in a sitting. I then had free range to decide what pieces of equipment were needed.

 

I went to site and conducted site surveys so that I could model up the space and plan the layout to avoid pipework. My drawing were used by the trades to fit out the electric and gas supply.

 

I specified standard appliances where possible and fitted them into the scheme with custom made benches. The canteen servery was completely bespoke and involved building units around drop in refrigerated units and hot cupboards,
