This newly fitted fast food restaurant in London required both a front of house serving, cooking and preparation area, and a back of house storage, preparation and dishwash area.

The serving counter was made in accordance with a very detailed specification. The counter was supplied with a wooden top and clad in wood so that once it was installed on site it could be tiled to match the rest of the shop.

The odd shapped room used as the pot wash and prep area provided some challenges. There were many cut outs upstands infills and chamfered corners needed to make this a hygenic and usable work space.
